The ASC is pleased to offer reference scans or copies of its collections whenever possible. You may also find resources readily available in our Digital Collections.  

All reproduction requests, whether for research, publication, or presentation are subject to restrictions based on copyright laws, donor agreements, privacy restrictions, and size of request.  

Our staff will do our best to accommodate requests, but limitations may apply.   

Materials belonging to Archives and Special Collections may be published or exhibited, in whole or in part, online or in print, with written permission. All material should be properly cited and credited to the Providence College Archives and Special Collections.  

Researchers may take reference photos of collections during research visits using a personal camera, phone, or tablet. These images are intended for personal research use.
