Borrow Policies
Here are the policies to know when borrowing at the library. Please bring the required identification to the circulation desk when borrowing items.
Students
- Loan period: 1 month
- Item Limit: 25 items
- Requirements: PC ID or photo ID & proof of enrollment.
Faculty & Staff
- Loan period: 4 months
- Item Limit: 100 items
- Requirements: PC ID or photo ID
Alumni
- Loan period: 1 month
- Item Limit: 25 items
- Requirements: PC degree holder. Please apply for a library card
HELIN Members
- Loan period: 1 month
- Item Limit: 25 items
- Requirements: ID from member institution

Overdue and Billed Print Materials
There are no fines for overdue materials borrowed from Phillips Memorial Library.
After 30 days, overdue materials become billed materials. Patrons are billed $50 for items not returned.
Charges for HELIN or interlibrary loan items may be transferred to your Phillips Memorial Library and/or bursar account.
