Course Reserves

Students

All course reserve materials are available at the Circulation Desk. Copies of all required DWC texts are available through course reserve for three hours.  

Faculty

To place materials on course reserve, complete the course reserves form and drop materials off at the Circulation Desk at least one week before students will need them. Reserves are limited to Phillips Memorial Library -owned or personal copies only. Items are placed on course reserve for one semester. At the end of each semester, personal copies are returned to the faculty, and library materials returned to the circulating collection. Follow best practices in academic fair use. All course reserve requests are subject to approval. 

Loan Periods

3 Hours — Materials are loaned for three-hours and may be taken outside the library. Personal copies may not be taken outside the library. 

24 Hours — Materials are loaned for twenty-four hours and may be taken outside the library.
