Course Reserves

Course reserves are library materials set aside by faculty for short term use for a specific course. Students can search for course reserves from the library’s homepage or should request them at the circulation desk. Copies of all required DWC texts are available through course reserve for 3-hours.

To place materials on course reserve, complete the course reserves form and drop materials off at the circulation desk at least one week before students will need it. Phillips Memorial Library-owned or personal copies only. Items are placed on course reserve for one semester only. At the end of each semester, personal copies are returned to faculty, and library materials will be returned to our circulating collection.

Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot place digital items on reserve for which the library does not own the online version.

Please see this page for the college’s policy on copyright compliance.
