Faculty Purchase/Subscription Requests
To request that the Library acquire a resource, please enter your request using one of the following forms:
Request a book or ebook to add to the general Library collection
Request a streaming video for viewing by students in a specific class
Request an electronic resource or online JOURNAL purchase/subscription
Faculty Document Delivery
Faculty Document Delivery is a library service offered to current PC faculty and staff that delivers a digital copy via email of any requested articles, microfilm, or book excerpts (limited to either one chapter or 10% of the book) available from the library’s physical collection. Use the Faculty Document Delivery request form to enter citations for items available in our physical collection. For items not available from the Phillips Memorial Library’s collections, please see Interlibrary Loan (ILL).

Campus Delivery
Phillips Memorial Library provides campus delivery of eligible materials to College faculty and staff. This service includes PC, HELIN, and interlibrary loan materials. Upon arrival of the material, delivery can take up to 2 to 3 business days.
